Hospital update on Malala Yousafzai

Doctors treating a Pakistani schoolgirl activist shot in the head by the Taliban will hold a news conference about the surgery she has undergone to reconstruct her skull and restore her hearing.

The Taliban said they shot Malala, a campaigner for girls' education, for "promoting secularism".
