Gatwick Chief Exec: Spread flights to avoid snow chaos
The Chief Executive of Gatwick Airport is calling for a change in the way flights are scheduled across the main airports in London.
Speaking to the BBC, Stewart Wingate said, "We cannot allow a situation where we have a moderate snowfall to then disrupt thousands of passengers."
The snow and icy conditions have caused travel disruptions across the UK for the past five days.
