Cameron urges caution over accusing people of abuse
The former Conservative Party treasurer, Lord McAlpine, has described allegations linking him to child sexual abuse as "wholly false and seriously defamatory".
He issued his denial after saying he had been named on the internet and by implication by other media over claims relating to a Wrexham children's home.
David Cameron has urged people to be cautious about accusing people of abuse without evidence.
