Two more arrested after hit-and-run in Leeds
Two more people have been arrested after a hit-and-run crash in Leeds in which a two-year-old boy and his 10-year-old sister were seriously injured.
Rayhaan Saleem and his sister Sabah were knocked down by a car in Brudenell Road, Hyde Park, on Saturday evening.
A man, 39, is being questioned on suspicion of dangerous driving and a 26-year-old man is being held on suspicion of assisting an offender.
A 36-year-old man is also in custody after being arrested on Monday night.
