Aerial video shows scene as boats gather for royal pageant

Hundreds of thousands of people are lining the banks of the Thames to watch the Queen's barge lead a 1,000-strong flotilla down the river.

The nautical parade, marking 60 years of her reign, promises to be the most spectacular in London for 350 years.

The BBC's Simon McCoy watched rowing boats make their way to the head of the flotilla.
