Government sets out proposed orders to replace Asbos

Home Secretary Theresa May has announced new plans to tackle anti-social behaviour in England and Wales, including orders to replace Asbos.

She said proposals in the government's White Paper included cutting the number of different orders from 19 to six.

A "community trigger" would also force the police, councils and other agencies to act after several complaints.

Chris Buckler reports.
