Olympic Torch blows out during Devon relay

The Olympic torch had to be re-lit after it blew out while being carried by wheelchair user David Follett.

It is the first time the torch has blown out since it arrived in the UK to begin its 8,000 mile round trip to the opening ceremony on July 27.
