PM gave a negative image of Tourette's, says campaigner
A person living with Tourette's Syndrome has told Radio 5 live that she was offended by David Cameron's comments.
In the Sunday Telegraph, the Prime Minister described Shadow Chancellor Ed Balls' heckling during Prime Minister's Questions as "like having someone with Tourette's sitting opposite you".
Mr Cameron has since apologised for his remarks.
Stephen Nolan spoke to Jess Thom whose tics make her say 'biscuit' and 'happy birthday' as part of her condition.
