Adoptive mother: Why I won't adopt again

The government is to overhaul the way people in England are checked to see if they are suitable to adopt children, as part of plans to speed up the process.

Elizabeth Hitchcock, who adopted a boy 10 years ago, says the system is so difficult she has decided against adopting another child.
