Bah humbug to sending Christmas cards?

Tomorrow is the last posting date for first class mail.

But in the age of texting, tweeting and social networking, is the idea of getting out a pen and writing on bits of coloured card becoming a little old fashioned?

Vicky Sparkes from the British postal museum and the comedian and songwriter Mitch Benn joined BBC Breakfast to discuss the merits of sending Christmas cards.
