Barnardo's call to keep younger children out of court

Children's charity Barnardo's wants the age of criminal responsibility raised - for all but the most serious crimes.

It calls for the current limit of 10, across England Wales and Northern Ireland, to be increased to 12. Scotland is already moving its age of responsibility from 8 to 12.
