Technology behind GB's track cycling success
Great Britain have taken their gold medal tally at London 2012 to 22 - their best Olympic gold medal haul in 104 years, eclipsing the 19 they won in Beijing.
Laura Trott won the omnium before Hoy took his sixth gold of a glittering Olympics career with victory in the keirin.
Britain had won gold earlier in the day thanks to triathlete Alistair Brownlee and the dressage team.
