Could pigs produce human organs?

A few years from now, will it be possible to grow spare human organs inside pigs?

More than that, will it be possible to get a new kidney or liver that is genetically identical to your old one?

It sounds far-fetched, but that is what a group of Japanese scientists is attempting to do.
