Water as only mealtime drink 'will combat child obesity'

Nutritionist are advising families to give children only water to drink with meals to help tackle obesity.

The call comes as Public Health England prepares to publish its plans for cutting the nation's sugar intake.

Professor Susan Jebb, a nutritionist at Oxford University, told the BBC "water is the best way to get the fluid that we need in our diet".
