Dementia sufferer: 'I feel no different to before'

The BBC's John Humphrys looks at how the growing awareness of dementia is changing the way in which those living with the disease feel, and how others react to them.

He hears how patients are still able to remain upbeat, in some cases feeling no different to how they were before developing the early stages of the condition.
