Liverpool sunbed user 'scarred for life' by skin cancer

Liverpool Council wants licensing powers to try to cut the number of young people in the city being diagnosed with skin cancer.

It is a city where sunbed use is much higher than the UK average.

Dominic Hughes met Alisha Lawler, who regularly used sunbeds as a teenager and has been left scarred by skin cancer.
