NHS England 'needs more community doctors'

The government will announce today that the NHS in England will need more nurses and doctors who have been trained to provide community health services so it can cope with a growing elderly population.

It is one of the priorities for a new organisation called Health Service England which will oversee all training and future staffing needs for the NHS.
