PIP breast implant removal dilemma for British women
The founder of the company at the centre of an international scare over faulty breast implants has been arrested by French police.
More than 40,000 British women were given breast implants made by PIP - and many have been left wondering how they will pay to have them replaced.
The BBC's Fergus Walsh followed one woman, Debbie Lewis, through her surgery.
