Roger Daltrey and Wilko Johnson on their new album

The Who's Roger Daltrey has recorded an album with former Dr Feelgood guitarist Wilko Johnson.

Johnson, who was diagnosed with terminal pancreatic cancer a year ago, has penned 10 original songs for Going Back Home.

The album was recorded in just one week and the duo are also planning a one off gig at London's Shepherds Bush Empire on 25 February.

Daltrey told Front Row's John Wilson how the album came about.

You can hear the full interview on BBC Radio 4's Front Row at 1915 GMT on Friday, February 7.
