GCSE changes: Ofqual explains 'substantial' changes

The exams regulator Ofqual has outlined major changes to GCSEs in England which will be introduced in 2017.

Coursework will be scrapped in favour of final exams for most subjects, and candidates will be marked numerically from 1-9.

The Chief Regulator of Ofqual, Glenys Stacey, explained the changes to BBC Radio 5 live's Breakfast.
