Teacher defends using police to get truants to school
A Wiltshire head teacher whose truanting pupils are being brought to school by police has defended the scheme saying it is a valid use of their time.
Officers are going to the homes of those pupils in Amesbury who have failed to turn up to lessons and then driving them to school in a patrol car.
