Alternative education scheme helps teenagers learn respect and skills

Dominic Boddington runs Respect 4 Us, a scheme that provides alternative education for teenagers in Norwich and helps those young people who have dropped out of school or are at risk of being excluded.

It is a social enterprise, or a business with a primarily social purpose. Fifty-eight percent of social enterprises reported growth last year compared to 28 percent of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
