GM boss 'deeply sorry' for ignition fault
The chief executive of General Motors has apologised for an ignition switch fault in some cars linked to at least a dozen deaths in road crashes.
Mary Barra was appearing in front of a US congressional hearing on Tuesday.
The car making giant has so far recalled 2.6m cars because of the defect.
