China's leaders call for economic reform after meeting
China's leaders have called for a "comprehensive deepening of economic reforms".
Communist Party leaders have just concluded a major policy meeting at which they said markets must play a more "decisive" role in the economy.
Other commitments included a new committee to oversee national security, along with a recognition for farmers who need more property rights.
