How low interest rates affect borrowers and savers

Bank of England governor Mark Carney has said the Bank will not consider raising interest rates until the jobless rate has fallen to 7% or below.

The BBC's Reeta Chakrabarti spoke to people in the cathedral city of Ely in Cambridgeshire to gauge reaction to the move.
