Bangladesh's factory safety challenge

The governor of the central bank of Bangladesh has insisted the Rana Plaza building collapse - in which more than 1,000 people died - will not hold back the country's booming garment trade.

Atiur Rahman told the BBC's Linda Yueh that most manufacturers did comply with safety regulations, but that foreign buyers also needed to work with factories and trade unions to improve conditions for workers.
