BT is unveiling its sports TV broadcasting package

BT is unveiling its sports TV package to broadcast exclusive Premier League football and Premiership Rugby from next season.

Last year BT paid more than £730 million at auction for rights to 38 Premier League games for three years and £152 million for a four year Rugby Union deal.

Kieran Maguire from Manchester Metropolitan University's business school told BBC Radio 5 live's Wake up to Money that "the market seems to be expecting BT to announce a price of £13 a month for individual subscribers".
