Unpaid overtime must be give and take, says TUC
More people in their late 50s and early 60s are working unpaid overtime than they were a decade ago.
The TUC said the rise, of over a quarter of a million people, was out of line with much of the working population, where unpaid overtime had fallen.
Paul Sellers, policy officer for the TUC, says it reflects older workers' concerns about retirement ages and income in later life.
