'Best place to learn skill is on a job' says Lord Sugar
Downing Street has refused to say whether a new scheme tackling youth unemployment will be funded - in part - by a squeeze on tax credits.
Details of the package were announced by the Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, who said a billion pounds would be spent over three years, providing work or training for hundreds of thousands of jobless young people.
The entrepreneur, and star of The Apprentice, Lord Sugar, says the government should give this money to employers so young people can be trained at work.
