30 June 2013 Last updated at 12:38 BST

The chairman of the inquiry into the future of devolution in Wales has told BBC Wales he is confident that the government's response to its first report will be published very soon.

The response into the report which said Welsh government should have some tax-varying powers was expected earlier in the year.

The commission is now is taking evidence on whether there should be other changes to the devolution settlement.

Paul Silk said there would be some disappointment if the recommendations were not accepted.

He also told Carl Roberts from BBC Wales Sunday Politics about the progress of the second stage of his inquiry's work.
