Welsh government plans to control dangerous dogs
The number of people being attacked by dangerous dogs is on the rise in Wales.
The Welsh government has launched new plans it says will encourage dog owners to be more responsible.
It sets out ways of keeping dogs under control and new powers to enforce them.
