First Manx hotel in decades opens in the Isle of Man

A new hotel has opened its doors on the Isle of Man.

The Ramsey Park hotel hopes to boost tourism on the north of the island and is the first hotel built in the town for 40 years.

Chief Minister Allan Bell said: "It's created new jobs in the town and has brought a first-class facility."

The multi-million pound hotel development is owned by business tycoon Trevor Hemmings.
