Michael Phelps: An inspiration to young athletes
The American swimmer Michael Phelps has become the most decorated Olympian in history.
He won his 19th medal after the United States claimed the gold in the men's 4 x 200m freestyle relay.
Young athletes in his home town of Baltimore have been talking about the man they call an 'inspiration'.
