With rising commodity prices and pressure to spend domestically, Qatar is looking at industries that will support growth on its own turf and one industry that's being targeted is financial services.
Companies are being wooed with lucrative deals to get them to set up shop in the desert, but what, beyond hard cash, is in it for businesses?
