NHS Ayrshire and Arran critical incidents investigated

BBC Scotland has revealed NHS Ayrshire and Arran tried to avoid publishing documents relating to more than 20 deaths amongst its patients.

They include three missed chances to diagnose cancers, and two cases where psychiatric patients murdered or tried to murder relatives.
