Minister Peter Karran talks of pre-school cuts

A primary school on the Isle of Man and all 11 government pre-school facilities are to close.

The Manx government is also planning to close the family library in Douglas, the island's capital, along with the mobile library service.

Education and Children Minister Peter Karran said that cuts to some services are being made to protect statutory services.
