Stornoway police officers hit the beat while on duty
Footage has emerged on the internet of two police officers playing electric guitar and drums in a bar while apparently on duty in the Western Isles.
The two men were on patrol at the National Gaelic Mod in 2011 when they joined in a session in Stornoway.
Northern Constabulary are not coming down heavy on their hard-rocking officers.
The footage was uploaded to YouTube by Gordon Smith, a member of the band which was playing.
