Racing round Britain in a microlight

Microlight pilot Richard Meredith-Hardy is taking part in the Round Britain Rally, an amateur contest in which participants fly around as much of the coastline as possible.

The pilots need daring, skill and sheer nerves to keep their tiny vehicles in the air and navigate their way across Britain, many armed just with a map and compass.
