Nintendo facing tougher mobile gaming competition
Japan's Nintendo is facing tough competition from smartphones for the multi-billion dollar gaming sector, as customers move away from individual devices, downloading instead cheaper games to their phones and tablet computers.
Dan Sloan, author of the book 'Playing to Win: Nintendo', says Nintendo is taking a gamble by not going down the same route as its smartphone and tablet rivals.
