Restructuring likely for Tepco

Plans to help the victims of the nuclear accident at the Fukushima plant are still being debated in parliament.

The Japanese government is also expected to examine a possible restructuring of Tokyo Electric Power (Tepco) following what are likely to be heavy losses.

Yuuichiro Nakajima, an investment banker at Crimson Phoenix, suggests some restructuring is very likely.
