On today's show, writer and presenter Charlie Brooker tells us about his new series which explores how TV differs from reality and we'll meet the controversial Turner Prize winner Martin Creed to talk about his latest single.

We're on a mission this week to become happier - David Sillito's been to Scarborough to find out what steps we can take to boost our sense of well being. And the flamboyant front man of Jamiroquai, Jay Kay, is here to tell us why it's been five years since the group's last studio album and whether he's looking forward to going back on tour this year.
