International Energy Agency: Oil price 'risk to recovery'

Oil prices are now at levels which could be dangerous to the global economic recovery according to the International Energy Agency.

Oil prices surged to a 27-month high earlier this week, and it is unclear whether or not producers will be willing to increase production to avoid another spike.
