Motorist buys 'fake' speed van to target drivers
Cardiff resident Kerry Donnelly, sick of speeding motorists, has come up with a novel way of getting drivers to slow down.
He has bought an old police vehicle, disguised it as a speed camera van and parked it outside his house.
