Colombian 'drugs baron' arrested in Venezuela

An alleged Colombian drug baron who is on Washington's ''most wanted'' list has been handed over to the US by the Venezuelan authorities.

Carlos Alberto Renteria is accused of being the leader of Colombia's Norte del Valle drug cartel, and of smuggling 500 tonnes of cocaine to the US in the 1990s.
