Fidel Castro appears on Cuban TV
Cuba's ex-President Fidel Castro has made his first TV appearance in 11 months in an interview focusing on foreign affairs.
The 83-year-old spoke at length on state television's Mesa Redonda (Round Table).
His failing health had forced him to hand over power to his younger brother Raul.
