Fidel Castro gives interview on Cuban TV

Help

Cuba's ex-President Fidel Castro has made his first TV appearance in 11 months in an interview focusing on foreign affairs.

The 83-year-old spoke at length on state television's Mesa Redonda (Round Table).

His failing health had forced him to hand over power to his younger brother Raul, 79.

The BBC's Michael Voss reports from Havana.
