Cairngorm relaxes funicular rules
Visitors to Cairngorm will now be able to take the funicular railway up the mountain, get out and complete the walk to the summit on foot.
Until now, passengers have had to stay inside the visitor centre when they leave the train.
But the rules, introduced to protect the mountain from too many pairs of boots, are to be relaxed.
