The Queen urges nations to 'work together' in UN speech

The Queen has given her first speech to the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York for 53 years.

She appealed for all countries to "work together as hard as ever" to ''truly be united nations''.

The monarch also praised the UN as ''a real force for good''.
