New presidential plane for Bolivian leader Evo Morales

Bolivian leader Evo Morales has taken delivery of a new, top-of-the-range presidential plane.

The high tech French-made Falcon 900EX will replace Mr Morales's previous model, which has been in service for over 30 years.

Speaking at an indigenous ceremony to bless the plane, Mr Morales defended his decision to purchase the Bolivian equivalent of the US president's Air Force One.

Tim Allman reports.
