'I married Russian spy suspect' Anna Chapman

Help

The man who claims to have been married to the suspected Russian spy Anna Chapman has spoken about their relationship.

Alex Chapman is said to have met Anna at a party in London, before marrying her five months later in Moscow, in 2002.

The marriage reportedly lasted only four years and when Mr Chapman realised she had been arrested on suspicion of spying in the US, he said it did not come as much of a surprise.

Publicist Max Clifford is representing Alex Chapman and spoke to the BBC about his client.
